About Us 

Goldnet Collections is a Christchurch based organization that operates nationally through use of external agents.  Goldnet is managed by 2 of its founding members Diane Smith (Credit Manager) and Nathan Smith (General Manager). 

Diane brings to our organisation the tools of the trade.  With well over 25 years senior management experience in the credit industry, Diane has sharpened the tools that make us so efficient. 

Diane’s enjoys training new staff members and still gets excited about when sharing experiences with team members. 

Nathan comes to us with an impressive resume and has held senior position in Sales & Business Development and Branch Management.  Nathan worked his way up to senior management getting his start as a sales representative after leaving the NZ Army in 2001 after 5 years service. 

Nathan is a business manager who has a passion for customer service.  His experience proves he understands how to achieve results and what it takes to succeed.
